Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Currently we sell to all 10 Provinces in Canada and if you want to place your order to be shipped to Territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Yukon), we recommend you get the confirmation from us via email: order@rnjet.com.

We offer free shipping for orders over CD$700 for Canada. It will automatically apply at the checkout.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 26-16 Sims Cres, Richmond Hill, L4B2P1, ON. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9.00AM – 5PM on Monday to Friday (except all statutory Holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

You can skip the shipping fees and arrange pick up yourself. After placing your order and selecting local pickup or ship through your currier at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be dispatched.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the United States (for majority of States).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on shipping location and displayed at the checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over CD$700 for the Unites States. It will automatically apply at the checkout.
Shipping rates are varied depends on the shipping location (States). If you choose to proceed with US$, the shipping cost will be automatically converted as per current rate from CD$ to US$. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@rnmark.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at order@rnjet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We do have a 1-week return-to-depot policy for undamaged industrial printers. Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
